StraightForward Counseling has three Licensed Professional Counselors on staff who accept insurance and private pay. To verify your insurance coverage, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card labeled as Mental Health, EAP, etc. If you are using insurance to pay for counseling, depending on your individual plan, you may pay a co-payment or deductible that is due at the time of your appointment. StraightForward Counseling is able to accept payment by cash, card, check, health savings account, and flexible spending account.

Private Pay Costs:

• Intake Session: $175
• Follow-up 45 Minute Session: $130
• Reduced session fees are available upon need and assessment by your individual counselor.

You may also encounter additional costs in counseling such as Missed Appointment Fees and Court Costs. The fee for a missed appointment that has not been cancelled within 24 hours is $75. Court fees are a minimum of $1200 and increase based on individual needs. Please refer to the Informed Consent for further details about payments and fees.
